Your privacy matters to us, Spritzer Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd is committed to uphold the Data Protection Act 2018 & Personal Data Protection Act 2010 when handling your data and will not disclose the buyer's personal information to any third party, other than the necessary order details for postage and shipping purposes.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
- When an item is purchased from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, the personal information given to us such as your name, address and email address will be stored, collected, used and or processed in accordance with Malaysian data protection laws.

Spritzer Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if the person has conducted acts in violation of our Terms of Service.
PAYMENT
- If you have chosen a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Spritzer Online stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
- All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers for your protection.

The Spritzer Group, which includes Chuan Sin Sdn. Bhd. and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, is dedicated to complying with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This privacy policy outlines the principles that guide our processing of personal data in commercial transactions.
We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

4.11 Personal Data Protection Act 2010
We value your data privacy rights and is committed to complying with the PDPA Act 2010. The Group views your personal data and privacy seriously. This Notice is issued pursuant to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the “PDPA”), which regulates the processing of personal data in commercial transactions, applies to Spritzer Group. For the purpose of this written notice, the terms “personal data” and “processing” shall have the meaning prescribed in the PDPA.
i. PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal data precessed by us where applicable may include the following:-
- Contact information such as your name, date of birth, place of birth, identification supporting documents (including NRIC or passport number), gender, nationality and race, preferred language, current private and/or business address, telephone or mobile phone number, fax number, email address
- Income Tax File number and branch;
- Bank Account number and branch;
- Marital Status; Name of Spouse and Dependents;
- such information pertaining to you collected from other sources and Third Parties, including Banks and Insolvency Department Malaysia
- such other information required to process relating to you from time to time undertaken by the Group.
