How do I make a purchase on Spritzer Online?
Step 1:
You are required to register with us. Fill in the necessary information needed. Once you are done, ensure that you are logged in to start browsing our products.
Step 2:
From the Homepage, you may use the search bar on top to find a product you are after or simply navigate through and tap on any given product you see within the website or App.
Once you are on the Product Detail page, you may notice 2 options below.
Buy Now - Proceed to the Checkout Page in which you will be able to finalize payment.
Add to Cart - Add the item to your shopping cart and continue shopping.
Step 3:
If you select ‘Buy Now’, you will be brought directly to the ‘Checkout’ page to finalize your payment.
- Select the correct Shipping Address.
- Payment option: Online Bank in or Cash on Delivery
- Preferred Delivery Time
- Once done, proceed to submit your order
However, if you selected ‘Add to Cart’, you may enter your Shopping Cart by tapping on the icon on the top-right hand corner of your screen. From here, you may select the items you wish to Checkout with.
eInvoice Request:
1. How do i request for eInvoice?
Ensure that you login into your account, proceed to profile>order history>select order>request eInvoice>fill up necessary details>submit & done.
2. How do i request for eInvoice if im login as guest?
Please note that starting 1st December 2025, all customers will need to sign up as a member to request for eInvoices. For purchases made before signing up, we will only be able to issue a normal invoice.
3. How long does it take for the customer to receive the EInvoice after submission?
Usually processing within 7 working days.
4. How long do i have to request for eInvoice?
All eInvoice requests must be submitted within M+3 days (3rd day of the following month after order completion).
Example: Last date to request e-invoice (M+3) = 3/2/26
- Scenario 1: Order completed date = 28/1/26 → Last date to request e-invoice = 3/2/26
- Scenario 2: Order completed date = 29/1/26 → Last date to request e-invoice = 3/2/26
- Scenario 3: Order completed date = 31/12/25 → Last date to request e-invoice = 3/1/26
Important Notes:
1. The eInvoice request button will only be active once the order status is marked as "Completed".
2. Orders that are cancelled or refunded are not eligible for eInvoice requests.
3. Only buyers with a Spritzer account can request an eInvoice; requests from guest logins are not supported.
4. Previous/old orders cannot request eInvoices; this feature applies only to new orders.
5. After that period Spritzer has no obligation to issue e-Invoice to the Buyer and will only issue a normal invoice.
