Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
-3 to 5 working days depending on the courier company arrangement.
-The demand for deliveries is increasing during the first week of any online sales, hence causing the delay of the delivery shall be extended to 7-10 working days.
Q. Where do you ship from?
- Depending on the locations, we have warehouses at Taiping, Shah Alam, Johor and Penang.
Q. Delivery Cost:
-Peninsular Malaysia: *Free shipping with RM120.00 and above per transaction.
-Sabah and Sarawak: Not Available at the moment
Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
-Log-in your account → Click on “Personal Center” → Edit your account information and Shipping address.
Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
1.Click on “Forgot Password?” and fill up your email/phone number that was used to register the account in the box.
3.A verification code will be sent to you. Once you have received the code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
-Yes, only if the order has not been processed, incomplete payment or its showing “unsuccessful payment”.
*Any Orders that are made after 24hours or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q. What is the Coverage of Warranty?
- For our dispensers’ series, you may scan the qr code from the carton box to register your product under warranty. Warranty coverage typically last between 6 months to 1 year depending on the product. You may check out for more information in the Warranty page from the QR code.
Q. Can I request for return / exchange of a product?
- Yes, if any of the products received have physical damage to the carton box / visible tampering of the order/ malfunction.
Q. How do I return an item?
- Simply drop us an email with all the details and relevant images or videos and we will get back to you as soon as possible for further arrangements.
Q. How long will it take for refund?
- Kindly allow us 2 weeks to process the order for refund. We will follow up with you via phone contact or Email.
